Welcome to Trade Prospector. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
Trade Prospector is operated by Skillsat Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

By subscribing to our Planning Leads Service, you authorize Trade Prospector and Skillsat Ltd to act on your behalf to contact potential clients identified through planning applications. This establishes an agency relationship where we act as your marketing and sales intermediary.

Trade Prospector and Skillsat Ltd act solely as a marketing and sales intermediary. We take no responsibility for any work performed by our clients for their end customers and bear no liability for the services rendered to clients resulting from our leads. We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of any work carried out by our clients.
The Planning Leads Service requires a one-month notice period to terminate. Notice must be provided via email to info@tradeprospector.co.uk. Service will continue until the end of the notice period and you will be charged accordingly.
The following terms apply specifically to our Website Building Services:
Trade Prospector, operated by Skillsat Ltd, provides website building, hosting, and related services. For standard websites, there are no upfront costs as specified in our service description.
Skillsat Ltd retains ownership of all websites created and their content. By subscribing to our Website Building Services, you are leasing the website from Skillsat Ltd at a fixed monthly rate. This lease grants you the right to use the website for your business purposes for as long as your subscription remains active.
Email services are provided through Microsoft Office 365. You acknowledge that:
After handover of website and email services, Skillsat Ltd bears no liability for any hacking, security breaches, or malpractice related to these services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of all login credentials and ensuring proper use of the services.
Payment for all services is due monthly in accordance with our pricing structure as detailed on our pricing page. Payments are to be made via the agreed payment method.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. A late payment fee may be charged on overdue accounts.
We reserve the right to modify our prices with 30 days advance notice to clients.
All content, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Skillsat Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
For websites created under our Website Building Services, Skillsat Ltd retains ownership of all code, design elements, and structure of the website. The client is granted a license to use the website while their subscription is active.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Skillsat Ltd, Trade Prospector, or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use our services, even if Skillsat Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skillsat Ltd, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, from and against any claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of this Agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will inform you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and notifying you via email. Changes will be effective 30 days after they are posted on the website.
Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
